EVENT ROOM HOURLY RENTAL
Our private event room offers approximately 800 square feet of flexible indoor space, ideal for meetings, workshops, homeschool groups, educational events, pop-ups, classes, birthday parties, showers, and other small gatherings.
The room includes private use of the event space for your reserved time and can be customized with optional add-ons such as tables, chairs, projector access, food prep space, tumble mats, and more.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Please enter your requested event date, start time, end time, and a brief description of your event in the comments section at checkout. Your booking request is not considered confirmed until availability has been verified.
If your requested date and time are not available, your booking will be fully refunded.
Each booking includes a $100 refundable reservation deposit, which will be returned after your event has taken place, provided all booking terms are met.
Private party bookings also include a $150 refundable cleaning deposit, which will be returned if the room is left in clean condition and does not require excessive cleanup beyond normal resetting.
Please note:
- Setup and cleanup time must be included in your reserved time slot.
- Additional fees may apply for excessive cleanup, damage, or overtime use.
- A minimum rental period may apply depending on booking type.
